Raffaele Riva, founder of AUREA Multi-Family Office, recently sat down to discuss his habits for success. Mr. Riva founded AURIA Multi-Family Office in 2008 and saw terrific growth. As a result, he has since expanded into wealth management and consulting. Considered an expert in the field of finance, his habits for success have garnered much curiosity.

A Background in Real Estate

Riva began his career in real estate, working long hours and making sure his clients were always his priority. His rise to fame and fortune began in the early 1990s, with a day that began at 7:30 and followed an organized, block-by-block schedule that helped ensure he was able to complete everything that needed to be done. Riva admits he travels a lot and keeps a daily journal in which he writes down tasks as they become necessary. Reminders and notations are his life, but so is making sure his clients are always highly satisfied with his quality of work.

A Growth Mindset

Riva is also quick to credit his own ability to forgive past mistakes and build on negative experiences as part of his success. He firmly believes that “cannot” is not the same as “will not.” As such, he’s been able to create a work environment that has promoted growth and stability over time. Not surprisingly, he has been able to turn doing what he loves into a lucrative and rewarding career.

A Desire to Pay Forward

Raffaele Riva has built his own success on hard work and dedication to his schedule and to his clients. Currently, his team helps families and entities with wealth management, estate planning, real estate acquisition and management, international taxation, corporate restructuring, and sport finance, among other endeavors.

A Proven History of Success

Though he has come far in a relatively short amount of time, Riva will be the first to admit there’s no shortcut to success. In an interview with Business Telegraph, Riva expounded.

“When you wake up each morning asking for more ways to better serve and satisfy your clients, you will dramatically boost your business. Always think in terms of serving, and even if your client was the one who was wrong, take the initiative to fix things and correct them immediately: it will provide value in their life.”

To date, Raffaele Riva has nearly 40 years in the financial industry, learning everything needed to build a successful business that garners loyal clients. His company works with some of the wealthiest and most influential people on the planet, and his touch is felt around the globe. He’s an ideal role model for those wishing to follow in his footsteps, and he’s well aware of his responsibilities to pass his wisdom on to future generations. “Pursue what you love and let life experience teach you.” is the advice he offers to young entrepreneurs who wish to mimic his success. Because, for Riva, it’s not all about making a buck. Rather, it’s about making the choice to put your clients needs ahead of your own in order to build a better business.
